Senior Network Analyst, Support

We provide fully managed networks to our customers in more than 10 000 locations: at retailers, banks, hotels, schools, homes, hospitals and municipalities. Job purpose: Ensure a consistently high level of service through troubleshooting escalated incidents and coordinating all day to day activities in the Datavalet Network Operations Center

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Gather data from multiple systems that keep track of the health of our many networked appliances as well as incoming calls, emails and internal escalations
Prioritize network health related issues based on our different Service Level Agreements
Troubleshoot, follow up and document all incidents according to established processes
Dispatch technicians on site to repair/replace appliances and devices as needed
Trend Analysis of major and/or repeated outages
Meeting all Service Level Objectives for both inbound phone queues, tickets and automated alerts through active supervision and communications with Network Analysts
Maintaining all site specific technical documentation
All other data, design or communication projects as assigned to you
Work towards an efficient and quick resolution of all open incidents


Employment Requirements:

2 years’ Experience with supporting/installing/configuring routers, switches, wireless controllers and access points.
2 years supervisory experience in a call center environment
Excellent spoken and proficient written English and French
Punctual, meticulous and reliable
Proven ability to juggle multiple competing tasks
Availability from 7:00-24:00 7 days a week (graveyard shift on occasion)
1 day a week on call between midnight and 8:00. (30 minutes lunch)
Experience with the following devices:

Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers, Access Points. Good to have(Optional / Asset) brand knowledge: Aruba/HPE, Cisco (CCNA, WCNA), Meraki.
